Simply the best! Eric and his staff are fair and honest, which is rare in this day and age. When dealing with an auto repair shop, it is important to remember two things: A good mechanic isn't cheap and a cheap mechanic isn't good.

If I could I give them six stars I would. I got work done there last year to fix my condenser on my Dodge Durango RT paid way less than what I would’ve paid at the dealership just recently went there again for warranty on something else that they also fixed they were booked up until a week out, but made room for me to come in there on a Friday and got my car done before the end of the day. I recommend this auto shop to any and everyone because they get the job done and take your needs seriously.

I came to this auto repair shop when my car started making a rattling sound from underneath, which was worrying me. The mechanic lifted the car and carefully inspected everything step by step. After a detailed check, they found a loose heat shield causing the noise. I appreciated that they showed me the exact issue instead of only explaining it. The repair was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. After fixing it, the noise disappeared completely, and the car feels normal again. The staff was honest, professional, and very straightforward throughout the entire experience.

I can't believe this is my first review — I’ve been coming here since I got my car 9 years ago! The team is always friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I really wanted this to be my local repair shop. Unfortunately Hugh’s has the best problem a shop can have, too many clients. I made the mistake of attempting to bring in a $10 coolant bleeder to be replaced while I was having some engine issues. I could tell they were annoyed I bought the part myself and didn’t want to deal with me if it had issues down the road, which is understandable. My main issue was when I received the estimate to fix my Q60 issue idling. They quoted me $1900 to replace six injectors, install my provided coolant bleeder, and flush the coolant.The quote had 6 injectors at $160 a piece. A whole set of six on any reputable parts site is only $300. Either they can’t get reasonable parts, which I highly doubt given their workload. Or they decided I wasn’t worth dealing with and they were going to rip me off or get me to leave. Paid a $220 diag fee which included $20 of shop supplies, which I found odd for what was done. I had my car fixed myself in less than an hour with a single $50 OEM Hitachi injector. Including their overpriced diag I spent $280 to fix what they quoted me $1900. I have a good friend that’s used them for years and their prices are fair when
